1. Produce Availability and Sourcing

Because our fruits and vegetables are 100% organic and grown using natural seasonal cycles, product availability is subject to change based on weather, harvests, and seasonal availability. We make every effort to display accurate crop expectations on our site, but exact delivery dates and crop weights are locked in only during invoice confirmation.

2. Order Inquiries and Pricing

Any form submission or price list requested on this website constitutes an inquiry, not a legally binding purchase contract. Pricing lists for bulk supplies (including Avocado, Lapsi, Naspati, Alubakhada, and Sayapatri Ful) are updated periodically depending on market wholesale rates. Locked wholesale rates are finalized upon mutual agreement and signing of a purchase order invoice.

3. Delivery and Logistics

We dispatch orders from our farm located in Dakshinkali-8, Kathmandu. We coordinate with wholesale clients to determine pick-up methods or deliver directly via our delivery partners. Wholesale clients are responsible for providing correct delivery coordinates and ensuring proper unloading personnel are available upon arrival.

4. Organic Quality Standards and Inspection

We take great pride in our organic cultivation and follow natural, chemical-free standards. Upon receiving our vegetables, wholesale distributors and retailers are required to inspect the freshness and quality of the shipment immediately. Any quality claims or discrepancies must be reported to our farm management within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding elements, logos, farm photography assets, crop logs, text, and custom design layouts on this website are the property of Nidhina Sudhina Agriculture Farm. Copying, distributing, or republishing these materials without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes relating to wholesale agreements, deliveries, or website usage shall be resolved in the competent courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

7. Amendments
